If you receive an item that does not measure up to your high standards, just return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. If you paid by credit card, credits will be issued to the credit card used at time of purchase. If you paid by another method, a refund will be issued without question.
Please note that exchanges are processed as one transaction. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, you will receive a credit on your credit card
or a refund. If the item you are exchanging for costs more than the original item, you will receive an invoice along with the item for any balance due. Please allow up to 10 business days from date received for your return/exchange to be processed. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
