If you receive an item that does not measure up to your high standards, just return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Follow the return instructions on the back of your Packing Slip. Credits will be applied within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned item(s) and will be credited to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please let us know! Contact Customer Service at 1-877-343-3467 or CustomerService@Silkies.com before you return the item so we can assist you with the return shipping fees and a replacement.
