1. Find the Return Form included with your order and fill it out completely.
2. Pack up the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Enclose the Return Form along with your packing slip and the item(s) being returned and send to:

Sorry, no credit will be given for any returns received past the allowable 30-day window. All accepted returns will be credited (less shipping & handling) to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
