Easy Returns

In order to ensure proper handling of your return, please return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling and follow these easy steps:

1. Find the "Return Form" on the back of your Packing Slip and fill out the form.

2. Pack up the item(s) you would like to return.

3. Enclose the "Return Form" along with the item(s) being returned and send to:

4. All returns will be credited (less shipping and handling) to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Item? If an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please let us know! Contact Customer Service at 1-877-343-3467 or CustomerService@Silkies.com before you return the item so we can assist you with return shipping fees and a replacement.
